Originally from the Boston area, Kellie Walsh has been a workout and fitness fan & teacher all her adult life.
She spent 5 years studying Wado Kai Karate and became a Brown Belt, competing at a National level throughout the country in the US Karate Leagure.
She then became a certified Aerobic Intrustor, teaching for over 3years.
In 2003 Kellie switched gears, moved to New York City and became a Certified Yoga Instructor in the Anusara style of Yoga.
After moving to Nyack, NY Kellie drew on her unique blend of past teaching and studying to create a dynamic and unique new workout concept ~YoKick.
YoKick seemlessly combines the moves and poses of both the Ancient Arts of Yoga & Kickboxing, to create a truly unique, powerful workout.
Cleverly combined into a logical and challenging sequence, YoKick offers the conditing of Yoga and the cardio bennefits of Kickboxing.
