Class Schedule
An 8 week course in YOKICK on Sundays in July, August and September. The course will focus on developing endurance and Technique in both Boxing and Yoga fundamentals... The class consist of 3 minute rounds at Kickboxing bags with alternating warrior poses, mitt work and conditioning.
